I've got good news and bad news ...

The bad news ... is you're spending wear too much of your time wearing technology shoes that don't fit, or aren't appropriate to the task at hand.  They're not necessarily  bad shoes, they're just not the right shoes for right now. Which is probably not a surprise.

The good news ... with a few tweaks and a system that helps you know how to make the right technology choices for you, you could feel a whole lot better about using technology in your life.
