Here you go, [[Name]], based on your answers your scores added up to:
Well, your highest score indicates your dominant learning and communication style. So if your highest score is in the auditory row …
It helps me know a little bit about how you prefer to learn … so I can make sure to include elements of your particular learning style in the way I interact with you … in a workshop, group or 1-1 environment.
My signature workshop and coaching style is a highly participatory, hands-on approach, that incorporates elements from all of the learning styles, but is specifically designed to engage kinesthetic learners. I've found that in doing so, visual learners get great value from seeing new ideas, auditory learners get great value from hearing themselves and others experience the new ideas, and auditory digital learners get to see the natural, progressive steps that spontaneously emerge when developing a new skill or incorporating a new concept.
Thus … great value is had by all!
Well, as you might have noticed, communication isn't always easy. Different people communicate with their own particular quirks and styles. And some people seem to 'get you' right away … and others, no matter how much you try to explain … never really do understand.
This frustrating, hit-or-miss mode of communicating can make you lose your patience, or give up on someone, when you can't see the logic in what they're saying (and how they're saying it).
But when you know your own learning and communication style … it can help you ask specifically for what you want and need in order to understand. When you know someone else's style … it can help you translate your message into language that resonates with them.
Knowing how to speak another persons' language is not only useful, it also helps establish your credibility, and build value-based interactions. And that's exactly what I'd like to do with you: connect with you … learn more about who you are, what you're doing now, and what your goals are … and share a little value … ideas, resources, and how-to information. And perhaps connect again in an ongoing way.
